Children’s Museum lease
The council unanimously agreed to direct staff to negotiate terms with the Grand Haven Children’s Museum to lease a portion of Central Park Place.
The museum is hoping to lease about 13,500 square feet of Central Park Place for an initial 10-year term, with five 5-year renewal options.
